IVACE Project Concession

Thanks to a IVACE grant (PIDCOP-CV/IMIDCA/2023/27) obtained in collaboration with #Bioithas, ielab will launch during 2024 the #IDOMARProject.

This project aims to limit the use of #dryice in our production and marketing chain. The project will bring to us a series of significant benefits: reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from both dry ice itself and its manufacturing process: reduction of shipment volumes and them associated costs, savings on dry ice costs, improvement of production efficiency and last but not least the access to new markets. Additionally, It is remarkable that this project is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDGs 11, 12, 13, 15 and 17.

To achieve the project’s objective, ielab will study different approaches which involve format changes and/or product modifications in order to reach an improved formula for its reference materials.
